Has over 20 years combined experience from the construction and electrical Industry as a qualified Electrician, plus sales and staff management roles in
a number of service based industries. Schadd manages the professional and technical staffing needs within the construction, engineering, property, manufacturing and sales areas.
 
 

 

  
Tracey Montgomery, General Manager;
 
Commenced recruiting in Brisbane in 1995, and has spent most of her career
to date at a senior management level. Tracey has an extensive background
in various recruitment methodologies and has consulted to some of Australia’s largest corporations. Tracey manages the temporary and permanent
team, providing staffing solutions across all levels in office administration and business support.
 
  
   
Veronica Peck, Consultant;

Started with Pure Source Recruitment in August 2008. Having completed a Bachelor of Social Sciences majoring in Human Resources, the majority of
her career has been based around creating and building relationships with
clients in a corporate environment. Her previous role was the National
Sales Manager for a training organisation. Veronica works with clients
from a range of industries, offering both temporary and permanent
candidates that fit in with their existing staff.

Talisha McCullough, Consultant;

Joined Pure Source Recruitment in February 2009. Talisha possesses over 6 years clerical experience from within FMCG, Engineering and the Commercial and Residential Property sectors. Talisha gained her first taste of the recruitment industry when working as a Senior Resourcer within a Brisbane based Executive Search firm. She now utilises this experience combined with her strong background in administration to provide Pure Source clients and candidates alike with an end to end recruitment service in the Business Support arena.
