About the Role
Reporting to the Commercial Accountant this role will provide support across the existing accounts team with a focus on supporting all internal and external customers requiring Accounts services.  This role will grow and evolve overtime and will suit an individual who enjoys working with a high volume of work and has a strong focus on customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Data entry of invoices and purchase orders

  • Processing weekly supplier and subcontractor payment runs

  • Assist with the preparation of various finance reports

  • Collating and processing timesheets

  • Monitoring the flow of work coming into the group Accounts inbox

  • Assist with all accounts related queries (liaising with both internal and external customers)

  • Credit card reconciliation and processing

  • Labour hire processing

Skills & Experience required
This role will suit an individual with a background in either Accounts or Accounts Administration. You will need to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. We are seeking an individual who is adaptable and flexible to take on any level of tasks across the accounts function providing a high level of support to the team. You will also enjoy working in an environment where sharing ideas and supporting one another is part of the culture. Though a cliché, you have a 'can do' attitude and people know they can come to you and nothing is too much trouble.
