About the Role
Reporting to the Deputy Group Chief Executive and General Manager of Member Services, this position will provide varied administrative support to the Member Services department and the broader organisation. The successful candidate will interact at all levels of the business and will be required to assist senior managers on a daily basis.
Duties & Responsibilities

  •  Typing and formatting of correspondence, collating information packs, distributing materials internally and externally, photocopying, filing and data entry.

  • Preparation of reports from the CRM.

  • Coordinating meetings on behalf of staff (booking rooms, preparing agendas, meeting materials and minutes)

  • Supporting field officers with new membership processes and coordinating visits to members and non-members.

  • Finalising submissions - proof reading, formatting and submitting.

  • Liaising with members and building strong relationships with those in your division.

  • Providing relief Reception support as required.

  • Training and support will be provided on all aspects of the role.  

Skills & Experience required

  • You will have a strong attention to detail and meticulous with your quality of work.

  • High level of initiative and mature mindset.

  • Confidence to communicate with all stakeholders, from senior management through to potential members both over the phone and in person.

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.

  • Strong organisational skills – the ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.

  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite in a work setting.

  • Flexibility in working hours as there will be overtime from time to time.
