Duties and Responsibilities
Provide quality administrative services to the division
Maintaining and updating office systems, procedures and processes
Preparing and issuing tax invoices
Registering valuations jobs and creating files to established protocols
Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, processing documentation and archiving jobs
Assist in the preparation of quotes and new proposals
Responding to client enquiries on behalf of valuers
Work closely with other support staff
Undertaking adhoc tasks on behalf of the Directors
Skills and Experience
This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to work in the commercial real estate sector but doesn’t have any experience in the industry. This will be more about your highly transferrable administration skills
You will have loads of initiative and exceptional attention to detail
You have outstanding time management and organisational skills
You are competent with Microsoft Suite
You will be a clear and open communicator
