About the Role
Take ownership of the administration and coordination of this agricultural audit and compliance program, as the key point of contact for all program-related enquiries. Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, you will work closely with the Program Manager and other administration team member to deliver superior customer service and administration support to a wide variety of stakeholders. This role exists within a well established and professional team, and has become available due to growth within the organisation. This is a part time position offering 0.6FTE hours on a permanent, ongoing basis. 
  
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Liaise with national clients via telephone and email to assist with scheduling, providing updates and information on programs and ensure a high level of customer service at all times

  • Data entry and database management

  • Assist with compiling and review of audit reporting

  • Liaise with auditors to determine availability and schedule audits

  • Identify and communicate improvement opportunities to processes or systems where appropriate

  • Effectively manage workflow and provide support to Program Managers to ensure audits and subsequent processes are completed in time and to standard

Skills & Experience required

  • Demonstrated administration and customer service experience within a dynamic work environment

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage professionally with staff, clients and other stakeholders

  • Adaptable and positive attitude towards ongoing changes to systems, processes and culture

  • Excellent attention to detail - you will be working in an audit and compliance environment so accuracy is of the utmost importance

  • An ability to stay calm whilst working under pressure and with demanding workload

  • High standard of work - someone who takes pride in what they do
