About the Role
Take ownership of the administration and coordination of this agricultural audit and compliance program, as the key point of contact for all program-related enquiries. Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, you will work closely with the Program Manager and other administration team member to deliver superior customer service and administration support to a wide variety of stakeholders. This role exists within a well established and professional team, and has become available due to growth within the organisation. This is a part time position offering 0.6FTE hours on a permanent, ongoing basis.
Duties & Responsibilities
Liaise with national clients via telephone and email to assist with scheduling, providing updates and information on programs and ensure a high level of customer service at all times
Data entry and database management
Assist with compiling and review of audit reporting
Liaise with auditors to determine availability and schedule audits
Identify and communicate improvement opportunities to processes or systems where appropriate
Effectively manage workflow and provide support to Program Managers to ensure audits and subsequent processes are completed in time and to standard
Skills & Experience required
Demonstrated administration and customer service experience within a dynamic work environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage professionally with staff, clients and other stakeholders
Adaptable and positive attitude towards ongoing changes to systems, processes and culture
Excellent attention to detail - you will be working in an audit and compliance environment so accuracy is of the utmost importance
An ability to stay calm whilst working under pressure and with demanding workload
High standard of work - someone who takes pride in what they do
