Administration Support Officer

About the Role

Take pride in coordinating the end to end administration of this agricultural audit and compliance program, acting as the key point of contact for all program-related enquiries. Reporting directly to the Program Manager and with ongoing leadership and support from an experienced Administration Manager, you will work closely with a wider team of like-minded professionals to deliver superior customer service and administration support to a variety of stakeholders within the sector. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Liaise with national customers via telephone and email to assist with scheduling, providing updates and information on programs and ensure a high level of customer service at all times

  • Data entry and database management

  • Assist with compiling and review of audit reporting

  • Liaise with auditors to determine availability and schedule audits

  • Identify and communicate improvement opportunities to processes or systems where appropriate

  • Effectively manage workflow and provide support to Program Managers to ensure audits and subsequent processes are completed in time and to standard

Skills & Experience required

  • Demonstrated administration and customer service experience within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage professionally with staff, clients and other stakeholders

  • Adaptable and positive attitude towards ongoing changes to systems, processes and culture

  • Excellent attention to detail - you will be working in an audit and compliance environment so accuracy is of the utmost importance

  • The ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure and with demanding workload

  • Someone who is capable of working with minimal direction
