About the Role

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of timesheet processing and billing of customers

  • Assist with payment and billing related matters

  • Enter candidate details into payroll and databases

  • Respond to queries from candidates, contractors, and customers in a prompt and professional manner

  • Maintain Dynamics 365 and other database programs with relevant and accurate information

  • Understand contractual requirements of the Business Unit 

  • Facilitate, process, and improve end of month requirements

  • Ensure the administration dashboard is actioned

  • Responsible for ensuring recruitment compliance processes are conducted

  • Assist with recruitment administration as directed, including resume formatting, job ad writing, and compliance requirements

Skills & Experience required

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in financial or administration preferably in an IT or recruitment environment

  • Demonstrated skills in developing high-level relationships with customers and suppliers at all organisational levels

  • Experience with databases and finance CRM

  • Advanced experience in MS Office suite products

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication

  • Proactive attitude and someone who is a self-starter

  • Effective negotiation and problem resolution skills to achieve win/win solutions

  • Incredible accuracy in data entry and typing

  • Ability to prioritise, delegate, and multitask

  • Demonstrate a positive and helpful attitude

  • A high degree of attention to detail

  • Calm and collected nature when dealing with stress

  • Ability to build strong working relationships with your team and overall a team player
