Supporting the Chief Executive to develop strategic and operational business systems to help transform the company’s operations. This is an exceptional opportunity where you will be fully supported by a team of professional who embrace innovation and change.
Duties and responsibilities
Consult with the various stakeholders within the business to identify business needs and project requirements
Translate business requirements into achievable project deliverables
Conduct meetings, workshops and presentations to share ideas and findings
Establish project schedules, timelines and milestones and be hands on in managing the end to end process (from conception, implementation and then ongoing support)
Work with a high level of autonomy to provide solutions, strategies and recommendations to the business
Facilitate open communication and discussions between all stakeholders to ensure collaboration in project requirements
Skills and experience required
Ability to think strategically and look for innovative continuous improvement
You will have demonstrated experience in business analysis working within commercial environments
Your stakeholder engagement skills are exceptional, you have the ability to build strong relationships and can influence and drive change
High degree of business and commercial acumen
You are proactive and forward thinking and have great capacity to problem solve and seek out ways to do things better
