About the Role
Use your business analysis and project management skills to lead the analysis, planning and implementation of a revised rostering plan to deliver complex in-home and community based mental health and disability support programs. You will work with the Operations Support Manager and relevant Service Managers in the delivery of this project. This temporary role is to commence as soon as possible.  
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Undertake research, analysis and planning activities to support the development of an appropriate rostering strategy

  • Provide insights from data analysis, identify key trends and advise on strategies to address key operational issues and challenges

  • Engage with the Operations Support Manager and Service Deliver Managers to understand current and future client and business needs across in-home, facility-based and community service delivery streams

  • Ensure rostering strategy optimises roster efficiencies and meets both operational and legislative needs

  • Establish positive and productive working relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

Skills & Experience required

  • Strong business systems / process analysis and project management abilities

  • Demonstrated exposure to complex staff rostering, workforce planning or scheduling of large teams

  • Exceptional communication abilities with the ability to deliver complex information to business stakeholders
