About the Role
Drive the business development function of this well-established property firm, in a diverse position focused on attracting new property management opportunities and managing existing client relationships. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will work closely with a small team of passionate and high performing professionals to secure new business as well as enhancing service offerings to current landlords. This is an excellent opportunity for you to make a significant contribution in a newly created role within the business.
  
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Contacting landlords to discuss their current and future needs

  • Manage existing client relationships, looking for opportunities to expand upon current business needs

  • Conversion of new property management enquiries

  • Establish new and build upon current referral and partner networks

  • Maintain accurate and up to date records using the property management database

  • Work collaboratively with property managers, sales and marketing professionals and the business owners to deliver high quality client outcomes 

Skills & Experience required

  • A proven ability to develop new business and nurture long term business relationships

  • Possess a high level of emotional intelligence, with exceptional communication skills

  • Willingness to contribute as part of a team-focused culture

  • Someone who is self motivated and driven towards meeting and exceeding targets

  • Attitude of persistence and resilience; it takes time, effort and activity to succeed

  • A willingness to obtain your real estate registration upon commencement
