Client Account Manager

About the role
A role that will see you develop meaningful relationships with existing investors. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide sales support and service to new investors - providing information in relation to new products and services. 

  • Ensure all new leads are followed up on a daily basis (email or phone)

  • Ongoing support to retail investors, advisors, platform and dealer groups

  • Attend regular team meetings as well as product meetings

  • Provide any support as needed to the Investor Relations team

  • Respond to all queries received by clients, demonstrating a high degree of warmth and professionalism

Skills and experience required

  • This role will best suit someone who has 2 years' experience in property, banking or financial services

  • You have an innate ability to build rapport with people and you genuinely enjoy doing so

  • A team player attitude who enjoys working with a wide range of people

  • The ability to work independently, be self driven and motivated

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - you can liaise with a range of stakeholders and draft a well written email

  • You can manage your time well and can cope well when things happen and priorities change
