The Role
Immediate temporary need to support a busy boutique practice with an overflow of work. The initial need is for two months with a strong ongoing possibility. You will work closely with the property team and their well established client.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • End to End conveyancing file management;

  • Date management;

  • Liaising with Clients;

  • Managing relationships with Brokers, Agents, Financiers and Referrers;

  • Drafting correspondence;

  • Preparation and review of various property documentation;

  • Undertaking Property Searches;

  • Preparation of settlements and settlement figures (both paper settlements and PEXA settlements); and

  • Liaising with regulatory bodies.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in QLD residential conveyancing;

  • Outstanding Customer Service skills;

  • Strong communication skills;

  • Excellent attention to detail;

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills;

  • Outstanding file management skills; and

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment;

  • Knowledge of LEAP software would be highly regarded
