Corporate Concierge

About the Role

Help manage the beautiful internal Café within a corporate environment, also doubling as the reception. Along with the full time Corporate Concierge / Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact and the face of this pivotal hub in the company, you will enjoy knowing every individual coffee order and tailoring the food and event to meet the personalised needs of the individual and company. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner

  • Professionally answer all enquiries over the phone, email and in person, providing exceptional customer service

  • Take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and ambience of the café environment

  • Providing barista services and food preparation for the café

  • Planning and meal preparation for future events

  • Ensuring café expenses are within budget and identifying ways to decrease operational costs

  • Manage the meeting room booking system and IT and be responsible for the cleanliness of the rooms

  • Receptionist / concierge duties and administration assistance

Skills & Experience required  

  • People always compliment you on remembering their name and coffee order

  • Your passion for food and coffee is part of who you are 

  • Barista and café experience is highly desired

  • You have an understanding of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams 

  • You have the ability to become familiar with how to operate and troubleshoot the AV equipment in the meeting rooms

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
