Customer Service Consultant (Entry Level)

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be working within a small team of Customer Service Consultants to respond to and resolve inbound customer enquiries in an incredibly collaborative and social environment. Working with such a fun and unique product offering like personalised plates - this role is best suited to someone who has a real passion for customer service, and loves to go above and beyond to create a positive and enthusiastic customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage customer telephone and email enquiries promptly and efficiently within the relevant KPI and service requirements

  • Place customer orders and process relevant payments

  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry of customer records

  • Provide quality customer service and display effective problem solving abilities

  • Assist with office administration duties when required

  • Support and encourage fellow team members to achieve team goals and objectives

Skills & Experience required

  • Experience working in a customer service environment, and some administration skills would be ideal (though not essential)

  • Genuine passion for customer service and someone who enjoys engaging with others

  • You will demonstrate a mature attitude and professional interpersonal skills

  • Excellent time management, this is a fast-paced environment and you will need to be able to set priorities and work towards deadlines

  • Intermediate computer skills and an ability to pick things up quickly

  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work

  • A willingness to get a Police Check will be a requirement of this role
