About the Role
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be working within a small team of Customer Service Consultants to respond to and resolve customer enquiries in an incredibly collaborative and social environment. This role is suited to someone who has a real passion for customer service, and loves to go above and beyond to create a positive customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage customer telephone and email enquiries promptly and efficiently within the Key Performance Indicator and service requirements
Place customer orders and process relevant payments
Perform accurate and efficient data entry of customer records
Provide quality customer service and display effective problem solving abilities
Assist with office administration duties when required
Support and encourage fellow team members to achieve team goals and objectives
Skills & Experience required
Experience working in a customer service environment, and some administration skills would be ideal
You will demonstrate a mature attitude and professional interpersonal skills
Time management abilities - this is a fast-paced environment and you will need to be able to set priorities and work towards deadlines
Attention to detail is essential to this role
Intermediate computer skills and an ability to pick things up quickly
Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work
