About the Role
This is a highly rewarding role in this interactive and fast moving environment. You will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of the customer service operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Work closely with all team members to support the delivery of quality service in relation to claims processing
Utilise your exceptional customer service skills to liaise with the customer and keep them informed throughout the repair process
Liaise with key stakeholders including property owners, insurers, loss adjusters and internal staff members
Support the Team Leader in ensuring all operational objectives and KPI's are achieved
Data processing into internal and external platforms
Submit job notes and work flow progression reports
All other customer service and associated administrative tasks as required on a day to day basis
Skills & Experience required
You have a natural ability to think laterally and you are highly adaptable, with a genuine desire to learn and an ability to pick new tasks up with ease
You have relevant and significant experience in a similar role including experience in leading small teams
The ability to quickly and effectively coordinate and prioritise the workflow for your team members
You are confident in liaising with customers and clients utlising your excellent interpersonal skills, ability to problem solve and use your initiative
A positive and proactive attitude with a genuine desire to come to work and enjoy what you do
