About the Role
Provide high level support to a passionate, energetic and hard working National Program Director and establish yourself as their trusted "right hand person" in this newly created Executive Assistant position. You will need to be fairly adaptable, proactive and self-motivated in order to succeed within this fast-paced project team environment. You will be exposed to exciting and meaningful programs, and work alongside a highly effective and experienced team of professionals. This is a fixed term contract position until 30 June 2021, with the possibility of extension.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide a high level of email and diary support to the National Program Director
Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and other complex documentation
Coordination of national travel and accommodation when possible
Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders at various levels of government, corporate partners, contractors and at National Head Office
Drafting correspondence, preparing reports and presentations where required
Maintain and improve where possible organisational systems, policies and procedures
Other administrative duties to support the National Program Director and larger team as required
Skills and Experience Required
Demonstrated high level administration experience within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Positive and enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction
High level of emotional intelligence and strong relationship building skills
Exceptional time management skills, a flexible attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities
Attention to detail will be critical to your success, as will your problem solving abilities and "tech savvy" nature

About the Company
This is a national health Not-for-Profit organisation, who are focused on supporting people affected by disease and those at risk with access to information and advice on disease prevention and management. They are responsible for driving key research programs which support advocacy and various programs nationally. The Brisbane office has a relatively small team of dedicated and high performing professionals, with a flat structure and a dynamic, agile project environment.
