About the Role
Provide high level support to a passionate, energetic and hard working National Program Director and establish yourself as their trusted "right hand person". This is a newly created position with the dual focus of executive support, as well as stakeholder communications and report writing. You will need to be fairly adaptable, proactive and self-motivated in order to succeed within this fast-paced project team environment. You will be exposed to exciting and meaningful programs, and work alongside a highly effective and experienced team of professionals. This is a fixed term contract position until 30 June 2021, with the possibility of extension.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide a high level of email and diary support to the National Program Director
Scheduling meetings, minute taking, preparing agendas and other complex documentation
Writing reports, drafting correspondence and preparing presentations for various program stakeholders
Maintain and improve where possible organisational systems, policies and procedures
Other administrative duties to support the National Program Director and larger team as required
Skills and Experience Required
Demonstrated high level administrative experience within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Strong writing skillset as it applies to reporting, correspondence and presentations
Positive and enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction
Exceptional time management skills, a flexible attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities
Attention to detail will be critical to your success, as will your problem solving abilities and "tech savvy" nature
