About the Role

Provide high level support to a passionate, energetic and hard working National Program Director and establish yourself as their trusted "right hand person". This is a newly created position with the dual focus of executive support, as well as stakeholder communications and report writing. You will need to be fairly adaptable, proactive and self-motivated in order to succeed within this fast-paced project team environment. You will be exposed to exciting and meaningful programs, and work alongside a highly effective and experienced team of professionals. This is a fixed term contract position until 30 June 2021, with the possibility of extension. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of email and diary support to the National Program Director

  • Scheduling meetings, minute taking, preparing agendas and other complex documentation

  • Writing reports, drafting correspondence and preparing presentations for various program stakeholders

  • Maintain and improve where possible organisational systems, policies and procedures

  • Other administrative duties to support the National Program Director and larger team as required

Skills and Experience Required 

  • Demonstrated high level administrative experience within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

  • Strong writing skillset as it applies to reporting, correspondence and presentations

  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction

  • Exceptional time management skills, a flexible attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Attention to detail will be critical to your success, as will your problem solving abilities and "tech savvy" nature
