This is an important and highly valued role working side by side the Director of this unique consultancy firm that operate within the creative marketing and advertising sector.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day to day running of this busy, progressive and fast paced office – facilities management, daily office coordination, ordering of stationery and office consumables and all of the other ad hoc tasks that keep an office running seamlessly

  • Executive level support tasks such as coordinating meetings (booking rooms, catering, etc.)

  • Provide high level administrative support to two Account Directors

  • Event coordination – client meetings, presentations, ‘lunch and learns’

  • Routine accounting tasks

  • Preparation of high quality reports, submissions, presentations and drafting of routine correspondence – you will have advanced skills (using either PC or Mac)

  • Onboarding of new employees

  • Manage and assist with confidential business matters

Skills & Experience required

  • This is a role that suits a highly competent and experienced Administrator who has provided support at a senior/executive level

  • You are the type of person who not only sees things through to completion, you are exceptional at ‘follow up’ and getting the little things done

  • The ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Personal qualities such as resilience, emotional maturity and self-awareness

  • You will have a calm and considered manner, you enjoy working both autonomously and as a member of a close knit and collaborative team

  • You are highly adaptable and enjoy working in an environment where everyone 'pitches in' to get things done
