About the Role
Provide executive management and specialist clinical oversight of the brief intervention programs, including low-intensity CBT (LiCBT) and suicide prevention. This position will see you contributing as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, and collaborating with key external stakeholders such as funding partners, training and supervision providers, and globally recognised research institutions.

Responsibilities
  • Clinical governance of brief intervention programs and management responsibility for lower intensity CBT programs
  • Participation in ground-breaking research and evaluation programs with a number of Australia’s leading Universities, including but not limited to UoM, Flinders University, USQ, UoS
  • Provide clinical support and supervision to staff, and wider clinical advice across programs as required
  • Partner with the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Institute (CBTi)
  • Contribute to the organisation as a member of the Executive Leadership Team
  • Key role representing RFQ with national funding partners including Comcare (and sixteen Australian government departments) and Beyond Blue
  • Oversee data collection and reporting processes
Skills and Attributes
  • Formal qualifications in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work and current registration with AHPRA or AASW
  • Proven ability to provide clinical supervision, and to lead and manage teams
  • Demonstrated understanding of low intensity service delivery and knowledge of working with people experiencing suicidality
  • Ability to contribute to strategic and creative planning
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
