About the Role
Work in close collaboration with the People and Performance Manager to drive the day to day HR functions within this innovative and iconic project delivery firm
Duties & Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact to assist employees and managers with general HR related matters in a professional, positive and helpful manner
Provide support with the end to end recruitment process (writing job advertisements, screening, interviewing and reference checking)
Oversee the onboarding process for new employees
Coordinating internal and external training
Managing and maintaining HR documentation (contracts, employee information etc)
Assist with any other HR related projects
Skills & Experience required
You will have either a Certificate or Degree in Human Resources Management (or you could still be studying)
Up to 2 years' experience in a HR support role (even a HR administration support role is a great place to start)
You are really strong values around trust and integrity
You are a self starter - enthusiastic, willing to learn and a genuine desire to learn and grow as you go
You are known for being warm and engaging and working with a wide range of people and personalities excites you
You have great attitude to work and life
