About the Role
Bring your enthusiasm and passion to this Human Resources Officer role which will see you supporting a range of employee lifecycle activities, in a fast-paced and rewarding HR role. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, you will work closely with a team of Human Resource Advisors to deliver a wide variety of HR functions and projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
Support managers with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities
Preparation of employment contracts, letters of offer and variation letters
Coordinate compliance processes regarding blue card, disability worker screening checks, Visa checks or other appropriate licences
Prepare HR documentation and record management processes relating to pay point progressions or staff movements
Update and maintain data integrity of the relevant HRIS and payroll systems
Provide advice and support relating to HR processes
Other duties and responsibilities to support the HR team as required
Skills & Experience required
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, along with demonstrated experience working in HR
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills which allow you to build relationships with a wide variety of people across the business
Flexible approach, and the ability to adapt to changing processes and/or priorities in a reactive working environment
A positive attitude and growth mindset, someone who is motivated to learn new things and open to feedback
Connection to the organisational values and a genuine interest in working in the not for profit sector
