Human Resources Officer

Work closely with the Administration team supporting the Business Manager to drive the day to day Human Resources functions.

This position would be ideal for someone wanting to join a supportive and collaborative environment that values and rewards dedicated team players.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide support with the end to end recruitment process such as writing job advertisements, screening, interviewing, reference checking, medical bookings

  • Support regarding Human Resources administration duties including contracts and updating and maintaining employee information

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees

  • Involvement in weekly payroll processing, training will be provided with this

  • Developing systems to manage personnel files and record management

Skills & Experience required

  • Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic HR role

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded

  • You have a down to earth attitude to work and life

  • As a self-starter, you are enthusiastic and are willing to learn and grow

  • People always compliment you on your calm and patient nature

  • A high degree of attention to detail - you take pride in producing work of a high standard

  • You have a genuine passion for supporting and helping others
