About the Role
Reporting to the Commercial Accountant and providing support across the team, this is a role where you get to put the theory into practice.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare and finalise Month End Reporting, Fixed Assets Maintenance, Account Reconciliations and AP, AR and Payroll functions
Invoice and purchase order entry
Weekly supplier and subcontractor payment run
Credit card reconciliation and processing
Collating and processing timesheets
Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers and stakeholders
Skills & Experience required
Ideally you will be a graduate (Finance or Accounting) with 2-5 years experience in an accounts role. You will have an appetite for learning, problem solving and using your initiative. You understand that you will need to do many of the 'entry level' tasks and responsibilities, knowing that in time your responsibilities will increase. You already have a solid understanding of accounting concepts. You will need to have intermediate to advanced Excel skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly. Above all, your positive attitude is your standout quality.
