About the Role

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide daily relief to Reception
Greeting and signing in clients and visitors
Assist with the setup and clean up of meeting rooms to ensure a professional presentation at all times
Ensure that the stationery area is kept cleaned and free of hazards
Monitor all stock levels of paper, ink, stationery, kitchen supplies, janitorial supplies and drink supplies
Monitor administration mailbox and complete tasks as delegated by the Office Manager
Assist with administrative tasks including drafting/formatting documents, printing, laminating, binding, scanning, photocopying, and filing
Additional tasks that may be set by the Office Manager
Skills & Experience required
Up to 2 years' in an Administration based role
A very high level of customer service is essential, you will be supporting internal and external customers
The ability to be flexible and adaptable. You are able to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
A high degree of attention to detail
Ability to build strong working relationships with your team is essential and you have an excellent attitude to teamwork
