About the role

Develop and manage the learning and development initiatives for this global, employer of choice and help establish and plan the L&D strategy for the business.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • With a blended learning approach, you will create engaging content across a wide range of mediums - eLearning, video and instructional material
  • Develop, deliver and promote training programs which include face to face workshops, webinars and one on one sessions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the L&D programs and provide recommendations for ongoing and continuous improvement
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop, manage and maintain inhouse training
  • Provide relevant coaching and advice to individuals that relates to their ongoing learning and career development
  • Create and facilitate team building activities across the business
  • Develop and coordinate the National learning calendar
  • Provide guidance and advice to the National Management Team in relation to all L&D matters
Skills and Experience required
  • You have previously worked in an L&D environment and you have a range of experience that includes the technical components of the role (content creation) along with the ability to deliver the training
  • This is a team that prides itself on their ability to work well together, so we are looking for a team player, someone who adaptable and supportive and values open communication 
  • You have an innate ability to build rapport with ease, your genuine and warm style means you can interact across a wide range of people and personalities
  • You are proactive and aren't afraid to take the lead and see projects through from start to finish
  • You have a high degree of personal motivation and enthusiasm for the work that you do
