About the Role 
Coordinate end to end learning and development initiatives in support of this growing Learning and Development Team. This will be an excellent opportunity for someone to take the next step in their L&D journey, working alongside and learning from an experienced team of learning and development professionals. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Learning and Development Team to deliver learning and development activities and key projects 

  • Support the implementation and ongoing management of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data integrity is maintained

  • Review training applications and responding accordingly

  • Coordinate external training initiatives and maintaining relationships with various service providers and venues

  • Maintain accurate records and supporting reporting activities for learning and development initiatives

  • Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for the Learning and Development Team

  • Contribute to key learning and development projects to support the broader team as required

Skills, Experience & Attributes required 

  • While some exposure to L&D or training coordination would be favourable, what is more important is your enthusiasm and passion for learning, coupled with the right attitude

  • Demonstrated experience in a service oriented position, or where you may have supported a team in a previous role

  • As this position is newly created and quite varied, a flexible / agile approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities is a must

  • Collaborative team player, someone who is conscientious and willing to help others as you work towards a common goal

  • A positive attitude, sense of initiative and solutions-focus

  • Connection to the organisational values / purpose and a genuine interest in working in the not for profit sector
