About the Role
Use your quality management experience, continuous improvement mindset and superior communication skills to contribute to the management and ongoing development of this leading non-profit's quality management system, ensuring that compliance requirements and external certification standards are met. Reporting directly to the Executive Manager Service Development, this role will engage with stakeholders across various levels of the business in the ongoing development, maintenance and improvement of quality business processes and systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide specialist advice and assist in the implementation, review and evaluation of the quality system and continuous improvement processes
Develop and maintain appropriate systems, documents, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with certification standards and legislation
Maintain relevant internal registers for continuous improvement, incident reporting, feedback / complaints, and coordinate appropriate response
Support the organisation in preparation for and throughout external certification and audit processes
Contribute to the development of learning and development material relating to quality and compliance
Liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to assist with projects and overall business improvement initiatives
Skills & Attributes required
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline are highly desirable
Demonstrated experience working in quality, safety and/or risk management within a services environment
Growth mindset, someone who is adaptable and can bring new ideas
Exceptional communication and engagement skills, as this role will work with various stakeholders across the organisation
High level of attention to detail, IT literacy, and the ability to interpret complex information
Connection to organisational values and a genuine interest in working in the for-purpose sector
