People and Culture Business Partner

This is a unique opportunity to work with an engaged and high performing leadership team to deliver business as usual HR support, whilst also contributing to a number of exciting human resources projects due to commence in the new year with an overall focus on long-term employee engagement. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end onboarding and employee lifecycle activities for a diverse business portfolio

  • Assist with implementation of a Learning Management System

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a Reconciliation Action Plan

  • Work collaboratively with geographically disbursed business managers to support with people and performance management

  • Support managers with employee engagement initiatives

  • Other human resources duties as required to support the senior leadership team

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience working as a generalist Senior Human Resources Advisor or Business Partner 

  • Passion for people and culture with a genuine desire to add value to organisational culture

  • Strong sense of initiative with the capacity to work with minimal direction

  • Hands on approach, as you will be working within a small but effective human resources team

  • Someone who is solutions-focused and can contribute creative ideas in an environment that values innovative thinking
