This is a diverse role that will see you provide executive administrative support to the leadership team and to a team of Project Managers. The beauty of this role is working with a group of people who are fun, professional, and incredibly supportive.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide support to the Executive Leadership team in several capacities – some email management and coordinating travel requirements
Organising numerous meetings – operations meeting, project management and board meetings, coordinating catering requirements, booking meeting rooms
Minute taking and following up on action points
Preparation of high quality documents, reports, minutes, tender documents, submissions, and any routine correspondence
Assist with coordinating in-house events and team building activities
A range of adhoc project related duties as required – this could be anything from people to technology, to something that specifically relates to a construction project
Skills & Experience required
This is a tremendous role for someone who enjoys working with a assortment of people and personalities – you enjoy interacting and being a part of a team
You enjoy using your initiative and you look for solutions to problems, you are naturally proactive and are a ‘forward thinker’
You are confident and can ‘hold your own’. You are warm and friendly and have a positive, optimistic perspective
Given the level of work you will be doing, you will need to be competent across the MS Office suite

Given the environment (busy and fast paced), you will need to be able to demonstrate a high degree of time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
