Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage, track and report on the financial activity associated with the numerous projects and programs

  • Develop and maintain project documents - surveys, project plans, templates, reports, presentations and policies

  • Work closely with the Manager to deliver engaging and timely communication to all stakeholders

  • Event management - online and face to face training, meetings, liaising with venues, coordinating event materials, catering, running schedules and agendas

  • Develop and manage Teams, TeamSite and SharePoint sites

  • Inhouse database management

  • Assist with the development of engaging digital resources

  • All other project administration related tasks and duties as required - anything to help and support the team

Skills & Experience required

  • You have a meticulous eye for detail and this is demonstrated in the quality of work that you produce

  • You have a genuine passion for supporting and helping others and take pride in being the person who 'gets things done'

  • You are highly organised, juggling multiple tasks and priorities comes natural to you. You are resourceful and can pre-empt the needs of those around you

  • Your interpersonal skills will see you successfully engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders

  • You are highly adaptable and you enjoy and can work both independently and within a team

  • Your previous work history includes coming from a project environment, you may also have a background in event planning

  • You present a professional image and you thrive working in a collaborative team
