Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with the Manager to deliver engaging and timely communication to all stakeholders
Inhouse database management
Manage, track and report on the financial activity associated with the numerous projects
Provide information and advice to stakeholders that relates to programs and funding
Develop and manage Teams, TeamSite and SharePoint sites
Oversee and manage the various funding processes
All other project administration related tasks and duties as required – anything to help and support the team
Skills & Experience required
You have a meticulous eye for detail, and this is demonstrated in the quality of work that you produce
You have a genuine passion for supporting and helping others and take pride in being the person who 'gets things done'
You are highly organised, juggling multiple tasks and priorities comes natural to you. You are resourceful and can pre-empt the needs of those around you
Your interpersonal skills will see you successfully engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders
You are highly adaptable, and you enjoy and can work both independently and within a team
You are proficient in the use of MS Office and has strong database management skills
You present a professional image, and you thrive working in a collaborative team
