Duties & Responsibilities
Work closely to build and cultivate engagement with school leaders, teachers, and other members of the school community
Develop Activity Plans, Applications and Guidelines, and budgets and other tasks necessary to deliver aspects of school improvement work
Identify best practices for teacher and school leader professional learning, development, and performance
Lead school teams in implementing their improvement agenda
Facilitate professional development opportunities for school leaders and teachers
Preparation and analysis of financial reports to administer the programs
Skills & Experience required
Your work history will include senior leadership experience within the education sector and be able to demonstrate your capabilities in leading school improvement and delivering professional development within the school environment
Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining relationships across a range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation
You have exemplary communication skills - both written and verbal and you have a proven ability to write clear and concise correspondence and reports
You will possess strong initiative, you have the ability to work both independently and as a cohesive member of a team
Personal qualities that include a high level of drive and energy, with a positive and friendly personality and a desire for continual learning
