About the Role
Oversee the delivery of two complex and time critical projects, from project planning and tender preparation through to vendor performance management, progress reporting and project delivery by 30 June 2021. These projects relate to the needs assessment and scoping of potential new services to the organisation. Reporting directly to the National Program Director, you will also work closely with the relevant Program Manager and other key stakeholders within this agile and robust project team environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop project plan scope, timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables
Manage the tender process, from planning and tender documentation preparation through to vendor selection
Lead project working group meetings
Manage vendor performance to adhere to strict timelines
Assist with risk management and issue resolution
Provide detailed reporting on project performance and expenditure
Skills & Experience required
Demonstrated experience in project management within reactive, fast-paced environments
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to keep all stakeholders on track with timelines and budgets
Ability to manage the competing priorities of multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills - you must have well-developed interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
