Reception and Office Administrator

About the Role
Along with creating a positive and engaging customer service approach, you will assist with a variety of office administration tasks. 
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and visitors to the office 

  • Answering incoming calls and providing guidance, information and taking messages

  • Mail collection and processing 

  • Scanning and uploading documents to CRM 

  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail and managing the general email inbox

  • Maintenance of meeting rooms

  • Filing court documents and delivery briefs

  • Banking 

  • Other ad-hoc duties

Skills & Experience required

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar position

  • You have the innate ability to stay calm under pressure 

  • Thinking on your feet and bringing a solution to the problem is an ethos you live by

  • You pride yourself on your exceptional communication skills 

  • People always compliment you on your customer service

  • High attention to detail comes naturally to you

  • You enjoy using technology and have the ability to work across a paperless system
