Receptionist

About the Role

Make a positive first impression with clients and other staff members as the face of this business, in a varied Reception role working as part of a small administration team. Reporting directly to the Business Manager, this position will see you engaging with all areas of this business - so you will need to be a real "people person" with a positive and engaging customer service approach towards working on Reception. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the office

  • Answering and actioning incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages as required

  • Scheduling meetings and ensuring the meeting rooms are clean and tidy

  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail, and managing the general email inbox

  • Managing stationery orders and kitchen supplies

  • Updating various documents / spreadsheets / databases 

  • Other administrative duties to support the Business Manager as required

Skills and Experience required

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, with accurate typing abilities

  • Some administration or reception experience would be ideal - however they are open to training someone in the role

  • Personable and engaging manner, with strong customer service skills (and the ability to build relationships)

  • Strong work ethic, and someone who takes pride in their work
