A tremendous temporary assignment (with ongoing opportunities) is available now for a Recruitment Administrator who enjoys working in close collaboration with a fun, professional and inclusive team.

Using the Principals of Positive Behaviour Support, this organisation builds behaviour support plans for their clients. Privately owned, this is a team of people who are enormously passionate about the work that they do. 

They are continuing to grow, and with growth comes recruitment! They are currently recruiting multiple roles and the team are needing some administrative support. This role will best suit someone who has previously worked in a support role within a Recruitment environment. 

Some of your key tasks will include:
* Liaising with candidates and scheduling interviews
* Coordinating assessments 
* Managing the recruitment inbox
* Liaising with candidates

Depending on your level of experience, you may also assist with conducting interviews.

We are looking for someone who is professional, friendly, who can work well under pressure and has a great attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and ask questions. You will be a great communicator and you will have a strong focus on customer service.
