Duties and Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and emails, schedule and confirm appointments and input relevant information into the relevant systems
Oversee and organise the flow of work and appointments for Field staff, liaising with customers throughout the process
Manage and maintain numerous calendars
All associated administrative tasks – report preparation, routine correspondence, data entry, database management
Skills & Experience required
This is a fast-paced and collaborative environment and the role best suits someone who enjoys working in a team environment
You have great interpersonal skills and you genuinely enjoy building relationships with customers, colleagues and peers
The ability to problem solve and use your initiative to respond to the day to day needs of the business
You enjoy working with processes and systems and have a meticulous eye for detail
Ideally you will have worked in a role that has similar, transferrable skills (for example, scheduling, bookings officer)
