About the role
Reporting to the Executive Assistant you will be responsible for the overall smooth running of the administrative function across the business. The Office Coordinator will report into you and you will provide day to day guidance on their workflow and priorities. This is a close knit team and you will be interacting with a range of internal and external stakeholders within the business. There is plenty of scope for you to work autonomously, make decisions and problem solve along the way.

Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate all travel arrangements (both international and domestic) including visa requirements
Coordinate and set up conference calls and meetings
Provide administration and secretarial support to the team with tasks such as diary management, formatting documents and presentations
Assist with the organisation of company events and functions
Day to day office management (facilities, fire warden etc)
Provide administration support to the IT Manager with duties that include maintaining the asset register and contract details
Content administrator for intranet
Routine financial administration tasks - expense claim processing, processing purchase orders
Skills and Experience Required
This is a role that will best suit someone who has previously worked in a busy and diverse administrative role providing a range of support to those in need
You will have loads of initiative and enjoy being accountable for making things happen
You have a proactive and 'forward thinking' manner in the way in which you work
You enjoy working with people and have an innate ability to build rapport and you have the confidence to work with people at all levels
You are a competent user across all of MS Office. You will also use JD Edwards and SharePoint but previous experience isn't essential
