About the role
Manage and lead this highly capable and well established team to deliver specific school-based improvement work.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the team through the administration of Government funded programs, projects, and policies (in particular those relating to continuous school improvement)
Delivery of specific school improvement initiatives
Work closely with School Leaders across a wide range of strategic and operational areas
Provide service and support to schools with a focus on advice, resourcing, and professional development
Maintain positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
Prepare a range of reports, documents and publications pertaining to emerging issues, innovation, and policy
Skills and Experience required
Leadership and strategic management capability - your work history will include experience working in a senior leadership role within a school environment
Experience in working collaboratively with a team of high performing individuals
The ability to play a strategic role in developing and accessing policies and initiatives
Demonstrated capability in building and maintaining relationships across a range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation
You will have exemplary communication skills – both written and verbal.
A proven ability to write clear and concise correspondence and complex reports
