About the role
Manage and lead this highly capable and well established team to deliver specific school-based improvement work.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the team through the administration of Government funded programs, projects, and policies (in particular those relating to continuous school improvement)

  • Delivery of specific school improvement initiatives

  • Work closely with School Leaders across a wide range of strategic and operational areas

  • Provide service and support to schools with a focus on advice, resourcing, and professional development

  • Maintain positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

  • Prepare a range of reports, documents and publications pertaining to emerging issues, innovation, and policy

Skills and Experience required

  • Leadership and strategic management capability - your work history will include experience working in a senior leadership role within a school environment

  • Experience in working collaboratively with a team of high performing individuals

  • The ability to play a strategic role in developing and accessing policies and initiatives

  • Demonstrated capability in building and maintaining relationships across a range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation

  • You will have exemplary communication skills – both written and verbal.

  • A proven ability to write clear and concise correspondence and complex reports
