About the Role
Reporting directly to the Corporate Services Manager, this standalone Human Resources role will provide support with end to end generalist HR functions with a strong focus on managing ER / IR issues and ongoing recruitment and onboarding activities. This is an ongoing temporary role, which is expected to go for a minimum of at least three months - with potential for long term work opportunities with the organisation.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide advice and support to management in relation to statutory and industrial requirements, and contemporary HR practices
Work closely with appropriate line managers to lead recruitment and onboarding activities
Advise and support line managers with performance management, grievances, disciplinary cases and investigations
Contribute to relevant Human Resources projects to support the Corporate Services Manager and Senior Leadership Team
Provide guidance and advice to Managers and Employees on HR policies, processes, and operational HR issues
Skills & Experience Required
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
Demonstrated experience working in generalist HR position, with a strong background in supporting ER / IR issues
Sense of initiative, someone who is self-motivated and can work autonomously
Collaborative work style, with the ability to engage with managers and employees across the business
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within the business environment
