Service Coordinator

About the Role
Use your passion for providing exceptional customer service and coordination to assist this business' external clients and internal stakeholders. Split shifts of either 8:00am to 4:30pm or 9:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, which are swapped every two weeks. 
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with the diary management and coordination of IT Engineers

  • Support the IT Engineers with administration when needed 

  • Communicate with clients via phone and email, assisting them with their needs 

  • Sorting and dealing with emails accordingly

  • Logging of Service requests and incidents (IT Support Tickets and Requests)

  • Managing the lifecycle coordination of incidents and requests

  • Additional administration duties as needed 

Skills & Experience required

  • Exceptional customer service and coordination

  • Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box for creative solutions

  • High memory retention and ability to remember numerous business, contracts, and clients

  • Ability to build a positive rapport with others within all levels of a business

  • Capacity to handle pressure and tight deadlines

  • Resilient, Adaptable and flexible with a strong ability to multitask

  • Quick learner who is self-motivated and can work autonomously

  • Proactive team player who has a positive can-do attitude 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Previous experience within a Coordination role is essential

  • Previous experience within an IT company would be highly regarded
