About the Role
Use your passion for providing exceptional customer service and coordination to assist this business' external clients and internal stakeholders. Split shifts of either 8:00am to 4:30pm or 9:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, which are swapped every two weeks.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with the diary management and coordination of IT Engineers
Support the IT Engineers with administration when needed
Communicate with clients via phone and email, assisting them with their needs
Sorting and dealing with emails accordingly
Logging of Service requests and incidents (IT Support Tickets and Requests)
Managing the lifecycle coordination of incidents and requests
Additional administration duties as needed
Skills & Experience required
Exceptional customer service and coordination
Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box for creative solutions
High memory retention and ability to remember numerous business, contracts, and clients
Ability to build a positive rapport with others within all levels of a business
Capacity to handle pressure and tight deadlines
Resilient, Adaptable and flexible with a strong ability to multitask
Quick learner who is self-motivated and can work autonomously
Proactive team player who has a positive can-do attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience within a Coordination role is essential
Previous experience within an IT company would be highly regarded
