Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with key leaders in the business and undertake full end to end recruitment activity

  • Utilise all channels to proactively search for active and passive candidates based on current and upcoming opportunities

  • Provide coaching and support to internal stakeholders through the recruitment process as well as provide guidance on interview and selection techniques

  • Work in close collaboration with the HR management team and Business Partners on all recruitment related matters

  • Provide exceptional service to all parties – internal stakeholders and importantly to candidates and potential employees

  • Strategies with the team to come up with opportunities to increase efficiency across the recruitment program

  • Develop and run targeted recruitment campaigns to attract a diverse range of talent from a broad range of industries

Skills & Experience required

  • Previous experience in recruitment – you might be early in your career or highly experienced and you may have come from another internal role and have agency experience. Your experience however includes working across a range of recruitment channels including social media (LinkedIn especially)

  • Your ability to connect with people is innate and you enjoy being close working relationships with others

  • You have the ability to manage changing workloads and your flexible attitude allows you to adapt accordingly

  • Sound understanding of legislation and standards applicable to Recruitment
