Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role
Play a pivotal role in delivering company-wide recruitment support across a large portfolio of technical IT roles. This role would be well suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of end to end projects, as you will be directly responsible for all recruitment activities from initial job briefings through to offer and onboarding of new employees. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment processes including developing advertisements, screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews and background checks, through to offer and onboarding processes

  • Partner with Human Resources Advisors and relevant business managers to take detailed job briefings and provide advice on hiring strategies

  • Use proactive sourcing tools such as LinkedIn to build talent pools relevant to your portfolio

  • Create a positive and welcoming first impression for all candidates and potential new employees

  • Build effective working relationships with hiring managers across various levels of the business to support their hiring needs

Skills & Experience required

  • End to end recruitment experience, either in agency or internal corporate environments

  • Demonstrated experience in the recruitment of technical IT positions

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and influence a wide variety of stakeholders across the business

  • Highly developed time management skills, with the ability to deal with competing priorities as you will be managing a large portfolio within the business

  • Positive and adaptable attitude, and someone who enjoys working collaboratively with others as part of a team
