Bring your exceptional administration and organisation skills to this busy and multifaceted Team Administrator position. Your willingness to support and 'can do' attitude will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth running of the project teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
Preparation of high-quality documents, emails, contracts, reports and minutes, tender documents and submissions
Manage incoming enquiries, phone calls and diary management for the Directors
Coordination of monthly credit card reconciliations for Directors and Managers
Coordination of the accommodation booking and travel arrangements
Assist with coordinating in-house events and team-building activities
Occasional delivery and pick up of plans from council
Skills & Experience required
A proven depth of administration experience with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
You are known for building solid work relationships with all kinds of people
Your ability to be confident and assertive whilst having a warm and personable manner is something you are very proud of
A diploma in administration would be advantageous but is not essential
A current driver's licence is required
