About the Role
Become an integral member of this busy and interactive administration team where your strong work ethic and genuine desire to help and support others will be highly regarded. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing high quality documents, reports, submissions - formatting and using inhouse templates

  • Assist with the onboarding of new team members - basic IT set up, coordinating their new desk, stationery, PPE

  • Meeting coordination - booking meeting rooms, organise catering

  • Monitor administration mailbox and complete tasks as delegated by the Marketing and Communications Manager

  • Routine administrative tasks as required - printing, laminating, binding, scanning, photocopying, and filing

  • Provide daily relief to Reception

  • Coordinate any travel requirements (whenever travel is allowed!)

  • Greeting and signing in clients and visitors

  • Monitor all stock levels of paper, ink, stationery, kitchen supplies and drink supplies

Skills & Experience required

  • Up to 5 years in an Administration based role

  • A very high level of customer service is essential, you will be supporting internal and external customers

  • The ability to be flexible and adaptable. You are able to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines

  • A high degree of attention to detail

  • Ability to build strong working relationships with your team is essential and you have an excellent attitude to teamwork
